When Do You Become a Person?

So Pastor Tim talked on Sunday about abortion and when you become a human being. The vast majority of the people said at conception. Then he read a passage that stated that God knew you before you were knit together in your mother's womb. Hebrews 7:9-10 says, "And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him." So Levi got credit for paying tithes while in his great grandfather's loins. God purposed Levi choosing the sperm that would lead to his life. Another passage states that you were ordained unto good works before the world began. You have been alive in God for a VERY LONG time!
